So far it has been a very cold January and it certainly can put you in the mood for some homemade steamed Vegetable Soup. After you steam your 12 to 18 different vegetables, you can blend it with a hand blender or stand up mixer to create an awesome bowl of what I call Vegetable Soup. Add a little butter and sea salt and enjoy.

1/8/19. Do not do castor oil packs. The oil is somewhat toxic. Also, do not use olive oil for cooking, and especially for baking. When heated, it produces toxic chemicals.
1/8/19. WARNING. We just found that most or perhaps all detergents used on dishes, clothing and general cleaning contain a liver toxin. It is also found in all baby wipes and many other products that contain soap or detergents. This applies to all natural products, as well. The only household products we recommend at this time are regular soap and Bon Ami Powder Cleanser. Baking soda and vinegar is also safe. The safest way to clean hard floors is with a steam mop.
Organic ground beef. A new finding that organic ground beef – about 3-4 ounces twice a week – contains an excellent form of zinc that is speeding up people’s progress. It is available in many supermarkets in America and in some other nations. Grass-fed beef is not as good, but is still good.
However, the meat must be cooked very little or the zinc compound is destroyed. The best way to cook it is to put about 1/4 of an inch (1/2 centimeter) of water in the bottom of a pot or frying pan. Bring the water to a boil. Form the meat into a small hamburger patty about 1/2 inch (or 1 centimeter) thick and place this in the boiling water in the pot. Cook for only about 15 seconds. Then turn the meat over and do the same on the other side. If done correctly, the inside will be very rare or even appear raw. The medical team says this is safe. The meat should not be cold in the middle, but it will not be cooked much inside. Eat with a little sea salt and GB-3 (Digestive Enzyme).
